Seven Ways to be more Stylish

2020 IS THE START OF A NEW DECADE, A NEW OUTLOOK ON LIFE AND A NEW AND REINVENTED WARDROBE. MAKE THE MOST OF IT AND CONTINUE TO FOLLOW MY JOURNEY FOR MORE TIPS FOR YOUR STYLE! Please take a moment to read the seven ways you can make your personal style, more stylish…

     1. Invest in your current wardrobe

There is nothing wrong with going back into your closet and picking up your old pieces to reinvent your style! You may be Surprised at how much something can change your outfit. We’re all so guilty about throwing away old pieces

     2. Make Some Tough Decisions

All of us can be quite sentimental with keeping certain items, however there is nothing wrong with that! Or we toss things out quickly. Closet editing is highly recommended, put your pieces to the test. What pieces you wear often, donate/sell old items, store the ones you cannot go without!

      3. Make The Effort to Discover New Designers

Explore all brands out there, you may be interested to know that you would be having some really stylish looks that are one of a kind that no one else has!

     4. Don’t Go on a SUPER Shopping Spree

“Retail therapy” is something us women enjoy, greatly! My advice is to be smart about shopping sprees. Wouldn’t it be better to purchase your statement pieces that you are lacking? Make a note of those. Think of it as an evolving process..

     5. When You Purchase an Item, Get Rid of One, or more..

When you’re downsizing your wardrobe, I recommend when you buy new pieces, let’s say, 2-3. Get rid of that same amount so you can have a sensible sized wardrobe. It’ll help you be more confident in purchasing clothing, knowing that you’ll be losing something special from your wardrobe.

      6. Clothing Swap

There is nothing more fun than going “shopping” in your friends and/or families closets. Your idea and their idea of fashion, you could end up having pieces you never thought you’d go for. Do it and see what happens!

     7. Create Your “Uniform” Look

This is Your style! Don’t be afraid to make most of the knowledge of what suits you. A lot of women stick to colors, certain tops or jeans/pants to keep the same look. Stick to that formula when you’re looking for new pieces. Say you love floral, spice it up a bit, floral pants, floral blazer, even shoes!

Now take this advice and get shopping, SHEIN is one affordable boutique that I absolutely love!!
